After building your report, if you amend the fields on your form and you want to bring these new or amended fields onto your report you will need to refresh your data set.
- Open your report
- Within the left-hand menu, expand the folder Datasets
- Right-click the dataset entry and select Dataset Properties
- Within the Dataset Properties box that appears press the Refresh Fields button towards the bottom right-hand corner
- Press OK
- All of your fields displayed within the report will be up to date
