When creating a Job Type you now have an expanded list of fields which can be made Operator Editable. The selection now includes:
- Photo
- Sketch
- Audio
- Location
- Barcode
- Timestamp
- Segment
By allowing this, it means Jobs can now be uploaded to mobile users with pre-fixed values for the above controls.
Photo and Sketch
Image files for Photo and Sketch controls can be uploaded from your laptop / desktop. Users can upload either JPG or PNG files.
Uploading an image for a Sketch control means mobile app users can then annotate over a different image for each Job.
Audio
Audio files can be uploaded to Jobs from your laptop / desktop. Users can upload either MP3 or WAV files of up to 512KB
Location
Locations can be manually selected using the on-screen map or alternatively, searched for using an address or postcode.
Barcode
Barcodes can be provided by using the textbox provided.
Timestamp
A Date and Time picker is provided for Timestamp controls, allowing users to pre-populate controls with a specific date and time.
Segment
Segment controls will display in the Job Editor allowing the office user to select a value, similar to Drop-Down and Radio Button List controls.
