Unless your mobile user is configured to be able to view non-published forms, you'll need to publish your form before your mobile users can begin to use the form.

- Click the Form is Unpublished toggle in order to publish the form.
If at any time you wish to make the form unavailable, simply click the toggle again and the form will be removed from your mobile users.
